Supervisory Team Mission:
Provide technical support and guidance to facilitate course delivery, ensure effective communication between trainers and learners, and maintain e-learning quality.

Trainer Communication Policy:

  • Users must follow the course and send questions through the platform’s messaging system. Trainers respond within 72 hours maximum.

  • External communication with trainers regarding the course is prohibited; violations will result in automatic course cancellation without compensation.

  • All questions must be within the scope of the course only.


Roles and Responsibilities of the Supervisory Team

1 Director Oversee the platform, supervise the overall training process, provide guidance to all parties, monitor and evaluate trainers and learners.
2 Technical Support Officer Resolve learner issues, coordinate with trainers and learners, provide technical and administrative support.
3 General Coordinator Develop strategies for trainer workflow and course management.
4 Training Consultant Design training plans, programs, and course outlines; improve trainer workflow strategies.
5 Quality Control Officer Manage program quality assurance, implement measures to prevent issues during training.
6 Reports Officer Prepare training impact reports, learner and trainer satisfaction reports, and provide recommendations.
